As can be seen, everything begins with a market analysis and our customers' concerns! Once the product recipe and concept are developed, the next step is at the industrial plant; there the process starts with the work of production and quality personnel. Then, we work in the selection of the best suppliers of all- purpose and pastry flour derived from different cereals; top quality powdered milk and 0% Trans fatty acids vegetable oil.

Afterwards, the dough is made, mixing the best ingredients that allow us to get products with nutritionally balanced profiles and great taste!

Thanks to the selected raw material, we get to produce low fat cookies and cakes and in many cases with 0% Trans fatty acids, without compromising taste or texture.
